Emergency Repairs & Contacts

Should you have an afterhours only emergency arise at the property, that cannot wait until the next business day, please refer to your General Tenancy Agreement on page 2 – item 18 – Nominated Repairs with regards to the owners preferred Electrician or Plumber’s contact details.

If the repair can wait until the next business day, please notify our office immediately on 07 4306 7007.

An emergency repair could be –

  • A burst water service or serious water service leak
  • A blocked or broken toilet (if you only have 1 toilet)
  • A serious roof leak
  • A gas leak
  • A dangerous electrical fault
  • Flooding or serious flood damage
  • Serious storm, fire, or impact damage
  • A failure or breakdown of the gas
  • Electricity or water supply
  • A failure or breakdown of an essential service or appliance on the property for hot water, cooking, or heating
  • A fault or damage that makes the property unsafe or insecure
  • A fault or damage likely to injure a person, damage property or unduly inconvenience a tenant
  • A serious fault in a staircase, lift or other common area of the property that unduly inconveniences a tenant in gaining access to, or using, the property.

If there is damage from a storm and our office is closed, please call the SES on 132 500.}
(The SES will be able to assist temporarily until our office is open).

GENERAL REPAIRS AND MAINTAINANCE

All general repairs and maintenance must be forwarded to our Agency, so we can act accordingly. Provide as much information as possible of the repair needed as well as access authorization for the repair to be completed. You can either send us an email, along with a photo, upload the maintenance through your Tenant Portal or by calling our office on 07 4306 7007.
