Gosia Hammond

Gosia is part of the team at Ray White Bundaberg, bringing a grounded, practical approach shaped by both rural experience and a genuine connection to people and place.

Originally from Poland, she moved to Australia nine years ago with a strong understanding of regional living and rural property. With a hands-on background in farming and horticulture, she has a deep appreciation for the lifestyle, challenges, and value that come with working and living on the land.

Before moving into real estate, Gosia studied a Bachelor of Art Education (specialising in Painting) and built experience across a range of customer service roles. She also gained hands-on experience as a plant propagator in commercial nurseries and worked across a variety of fruit, vegetable and livestock farms, developing a practical understanding of the land, hard work and rural living that continues to shape her approach today. 
She entered real estate four years ago, starting at the front desk before quickly progressing into a Sales Associate and Personal Assistant role to Principal Warren Hitzke. She has since advanced to a Sales Consultant within the team.

She speaks both English and Polish and values clear, honest communication, especially when helping people navigate important property decisions.

Gosia enjoys working with residential, rural, and lifestyle properties and approaches every interaction with a calm, practical mindset, focusing on being genuinely helpful.
