Sugar Cane has grown in this area for 70 plus years, this property is a total of 157ha, and 96ha of cane on consigned land with no cane grown on non-assigned ground. The balance of country is used for grazing and the main variety of cane grown is Q240 and Q208.

In the past years, this property has exceeded Mill average CCS, the 2022 crop was approximatly 8500 ton at 98 ton per hectare and it was supplied to Millaquin Mill Bundaberg.
