With over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, Tess Nona brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and practical expertise to her role as Property Manager. Tess joins the team from Ray White Gladstone, where she spent the past eight years managing a large and diverse rental portfolio, further strengthening her skills in delivering professional and reliable property management services.

Originally from the Bundaberg region, Tess grew up on a cane farm and has strong ties to the local community. She began her real estate career at just 18 years old, working in reception and administration at a small agency in Childers. This early experience provided her with a solid foundation in the industry and sparked her passion for property management. She later relocated to Gladstone, where she gained valuable experience working in a fast-paced office managing more than 1,000 rental properties, expanding her knowledge across all aspects of property management.

Throughout her career, Tess has undertaken a wide range of roles within property management, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the processes, legislation, and responsibilities involved in protecting and managing her clients’ investments. Her hands-on experience allows her to confidently navigate challenges, provide proactive solutions, and ensure properties are managed efficiently and professionally.

Now settled back in her hometown of Bundaberg and living in Elliott Heads with her family, Tess is proud to support her local community and assist property owners in achieving the best possible outcomes for their investments. She prides herself on her strong communication, approachable nature, and commitment to providing exceptional service.
