Le-Anne Allan: A Career Built on Real Estate Excellence
Currently based in Bargara and Bundaberg, Le-Anne Allan operates as an independent real estate professional, working with Ray White Bargara, the region’s premier coastal agency.
In recent years, Le-Anne has expanded her influence beyond Queensland, training aspiring property managers in Papua New Guinea. In partnership with the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) and the Real Estate Industry Association of PNG, she delivers industry-leading education programs that lift professional standards across the region.
A dedicated and long-standing member of the REIQ, Le-Anne served as Bundaberg Zone Chair for six years and is now a member of the Sales Chapter. In February 2024, her commitment to professionalism, adherence to REIQ values, and leadership within the industry were recognised with the prestigious Fellowship of the REIQ.
From 2005 to 2020, Le-Anne owned and operated the award-winning Richardson & Wrench Bargara Beach office. Under her leadership, the agency was recognised as the Most Outstanding Office, while Le-Anne herself received the title of Most Outstanding Selling Principal. Following the sale of the business in 2020, she continued to maintain a strong presence in the local property market, offering her experience and guidance to sellers, buyers and investors.
Le-Anne’s real estate journey began in the early 1980s in Bargara, working in both property management and sales. Over more than four decades, she has built a deep and enduring connection to the communities of Bundaberg, Bargara and the regions, combining hands-on experience with a passion for raising industry standards.
Throughout her career, Le-Anne has embraced continuous learning, integrating traditional real estate values with modern technology to deliver exceptional communication, transparency and results for her clients and customers.
